Our 'Five - Step - Cleaning' Procedure ✔

Beyond Belief Professional Cleaning's Five-Step-Cleaning Procedure

 1)   Prepare  ✔

  • Wash your hands

  • Wear sufficient PPE such as gloves, facemask, booties for shoes

  •  Perform a quick walkthrough and identify safety hazards

  •  Ventilate the space as much as possible by opening a window and using a fan to speed up the ventilation

  •  Turn off ceiling fans so that they are not moving when it is time to clean them.

  •  Open window coverings or turn on lights. You need lighting from multiple angles to see streaks, dust, and cobwebs properly.

  •  Lift any rugs you cannot vacuum, shake outdoors, and set aside.

2)  Clean  ✔

  • Clean by removing dust and debri from surfaces starting at the top, using a telescopic pole with attachments for ceiling fans, cobwebs, etc..

  • Use a dampened microfiber or terry cloths to dust the surface, face, sides, and legs of all furniture and woodwork throughout the space.

  •  Soak a non abrasive/scratch resistant sponge in a soap and water solution and clean the countertops, cooktop surface(s), inside the microwave oven, sink(s), shower(s), bathtub, floors, etc..

  • Vacuum and mop the floors once before your final mop with a clean head on your mop and some sanitizing solution!

3)   Disinfect  ✔

  • The extent of disinfecting will vary, dependending on where the cleaning is taking place and if cleaning is required for certain circumstances. Places such as your home, office, car, school, and hospital, all require different treatment.

  • Make sure to use an effective disinfectant product, intended for use against viruses such as covid-19, flu, and cold

4)   Protect  ✔
  • Wash your hands

  • Polish and protect surfaces such as mirrors, stainless steel appliances, leather furniture, etc..

5)   Check ✔

  • Perform a final walkthrough to double check your work

  • Check all surfaces at a 45° angle

  • Once all is completed to your standard, off with the lights and don't forget to close any windows you may have opened!
